Tanmay Clothing – Suit Fabric Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the procedures for returning suit fabrics purchased from Tanmay Clothing through our website, tanmayclothing.com (the “Website”), for fabrics that have been delivered to our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

At Tanmay Clothing, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your fabric purchase. However, we understand that returns may be necessary in certain circumstances. We accept returns for delivered suit fabrics under the following conditions:

* Damaged or Defective Fabric: If the fabric arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

* Incorrect Fabric: If you receive a fabric that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, pattern, material, or quantity), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the incorrect fabric received.

* Uncut and Unused Fabric (Change of Mind): If you have changed your mind about a fabric you have received, we may accept returns of uncut and unused fabric within 14 days of your receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The fabric must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if applicable, including all original labels and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are generally non-returnable:

* Fabric that has been cut, altered, processed, or used in any way after delivery.

* Fabric sold as “clearance,” “sale,” or “end-of-roll” items, unless they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

* Fabric where the return request is made outside the specified return window.

* Custom-cut fabric lengths (unless the issue is due to damage or an error on our part).

3. Return Process:

To initiate a fabric return, please follow these steps:

* Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email address removed] or tanmayclothing@gmail.com or call us at +91 1634 6920 within the applicable return window. Please provide your order number, the specific fabric you wish to return, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photographs of damage or the incorrect item). You may address your communication to Executive – Abhinav Lakkshakar.

* Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If the return is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with specific instructions on how and where to return the fabric. Please do not return any fabric without first obtaining an RA number.

* Packaging the Return: Securely package the fabric to prevent any further damage during transit. Please include all original packaging, labels, and any accompanying documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

* Shipping the Return:

* Damaged or Incorrect Fabric: If you are returning fabric due to damage or an error on our part, Tanmay Clothing will provide instructions for prepaid return shipping (if applicable).

* Change of Mind Returns: For returns due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its value, as Tanmay Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments for change-of-mind returns.

* Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned fabric, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined in this Return Policy.

* If the return is approved due to damage or an error on our part, we will process a full refund of the purchase price and any original shipping charges (if applicable).

* If the return is approved for a change of mind, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the fabric, less the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of our receipt and approval of the returned fabric. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Important Notes:

* We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

* Colors of fabrics may appear slightly different on different computer screens. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions, but slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
