• All wholesale and retail orders are thoroughly inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Delivery Timelines:
• Standard Courier Delivery: Typically takes 4 to 7 business days across India depending on the delivery pincode.
• Bulk/Wholesale Transport: For large commercial shipments dispatched via transport services (such as VRL Logistics or designated cargo transports), delivery schedules will follow standard transport timelines.
3. Tracking Your Shipment:
• As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details including the courier/transport docket number and tracking link will be provided via Email or WhatsApp.
4. Shipping Charges:
• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination at checkout, or billed as agreed on wholesale transport bookings.
5. Damaged Shipments:
